Make your wedding signs stand out with Mr. Poster, the best font for wedding signs! Created by Type Cargo, Mr. Poster is a hand painted brush font that captures the rich stroke imperfections of an authentic, illustrated typeface. With its unique characteristics, this font lends itself to bold, punchy type treatments that are perfect for achieving a realistic, hand painted feel.

Mr. Poster includes three fonts in total: SVG regular, SVG alternates, and standard vector. The A-Z upper and lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation, and extra characters (no alternates) make it easy to create beautiful wedding signs that will impress your guests. For a more realistic look, alternate letters and numbers are also included.

The traditional vector font is stripped down, making it easy to use with a wider variety of applications like Word. However, it does not include language support.

Please note that the two SVG bitmap styles require Photoshop CC 2018 or Illustrator CC 2018 (or newer) to use. The Vector style was built in a traditional font format and is widely supported.

If you have CC, you can upgrade for free in the cloud. Soon, these fonts will be supported more widely. However, as with any new technology, these OTF fonts have a few known glitches. For example, retaining their color in Photoshop can be tricky. To solve this problem, simply apply a layer effect (in Photoshop) to that type layer using color overlay, and it will retain your shade of choice during any formatting or layout changes.
